RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 Keychain.. https://goo.gl/VLpFt5 ARTHUR T-Shirt ... https://goo.gl/2o2g6J At some point prior to 1899, Hamish was a soldier for the US army and lost his right leg in said occupation. His commander was named Buell, as well as his horse. Interactions Hamish is first encountered lying by a rock in Grizzlies East, Ambarino. He informs the player that his horse, Buell, bucked him off and took his wooden leg with him, asking the player for help retrieving his horse. Once Buell is returned to Hamish, he tells the player that, if they please, they can go fishing with him. After an in-game day passes it is possible to go to his cabin to go fishing on O'Creagh's Run behind his house; he takes the player on his boat with him to catch a unique legendary fish he calls "The Great Tyrant" and gives the player a special lure that makes catching all legendary fish easier. After being pulled in to the lake and losing his rod, the player will make several attempts to catch the fish themselves. Eventually, it is caught and Hamish keeps it as a trophy; he invites the player to go hunting with him sometime before they part ways again. Upon returning to Hamish again, he takes the player out hunting to catch a she-wolf near his home that he had been tracking for some time. He and the player attempt to track her before being ambushed by a pack of wolves, including a very large alpha male that the player kills; Hamish once again thanks to the player for their assistance and invites him to come by sometime once more. On the player's final visit to Hamish, they go out to hunt a massive boar. The player and Hamish split up to track it, only for the player to find Hamish having been mortally wounded by one of its tusks. Hamish makes a last request to the player to take his horse, Buell, before dying.
